Your documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage. They are never available through public links. Only authorised staff can open them and every access is logged. Identity numbers such as Aadhaar are masked wherever the full number is not required.

5. Retention

We keep application records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of data that we are not legally required to retain.
